Echo Tangent

This is a fanwork visual novel based of Echo by The Echo Project. It is advised to read that novel first or at least knowing about it to understand a majority of the context here.
Echo Tangent is a horror visual novel about a small and isolated desert town located somewhere in the southwestern states. In this version of the world, a certain someone doesn't die early on. This trigger a lot of changes and new events for the friend group as they all reunite during springbreak. This bonus otter actually becomes one of the two protagonists of this story that will experience the town's unnatural events.
Will they each be able to come out unharmed or will they change for the worse after this dreadful week? One thing is sure, Echo itself also waited for this reunion...
Unlike the original game, the protagonists' choices will have consequences. Whether good or bad.

I love this Echo fan visual novel and how it works with topics and character established in the original game. I like the sprites so far although Flynn looks kind of off, Other than that all the other sprites look great. I love Sydney's dynamic with the group. There's also some spelling errors, thought I should mention that.
Thanks for the comment! Most of the spelling errors are already fixed and will be updated on the next build. What's off with Flynn's sprites btw?
In my opinion his snout is too thick, it looks a lot thinner in Echo. It might just be an art style choice, but it makes him not look as attractive.
I haven't been able to install the game, will you be able to add a windows label for install?

I played through this, and I want to say what a project! The start is extremely inspired, and very fitting "explanation" for how the scenario occured to begin with.
Outside of the lovelyness of getting to see Syd actually interact with the group, The perpestive brings up so many questions as to if/when the half of them will realize.
Its really wonderful, and all the voices feel very true to each of them as well! And I personally love how much Chase and Syd actually feel similar, I always think/thought that was a very interesting take for them
Thanks a lot! I did my best to stay accurate to the main game for both the writing and the cast's personality. However, it's the start so that's the easiest part xD
I also don't wanna make Sydney perfect. Because despite us loving him, he wasn't. Gotta stay realistic a little.
